
At the Center for Growing Families, we believe that parents who address their own emotional needs are better able to focus on and enjoy the process of raising a family. Parenting can be a wonderful experience, yet feelings of joy are often accompanied by a great deal of stress. Many parents find themselves struggling with the following types of questions:
